2018-19 NFL Daily Fantasy Tips Week 13 Sunday Slate
This Sunday in the NFL offers a fantastic 13 game early slate headlined by a couple of blockbuster matchups. As usual, DraftKings will be sparing no expense for the day’s action with a monster $4,000,000 USD tournament on offer! We provide some of our best fantasty tips for the early slate of games here.
NFL Week 13 Sunday Daily Fantasy Tips
Quarterback – Patrick Mahomes (Kansas City) Matt Stafford (Detroit)
A large Kansas City stack this weekend might be the right play as they face off against divisional rivals in the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders allow 29.7 points per game which is the third highest mark in the league and also allow the third most fantasy points on average to quarterbacks in the league. Mahomes is coming off the bye week and in his last game threw six touchdowns and 478 yards. Kansas City could score 70 on Sunday.
Matt Stafford has been a little down on performances of late, scoring just 20 combined points over his last two games. However, he has a great matchup against the LA Rams this weekend, who allow the sixth most fantasy points to QB’s in the league. As we mentioned above, Patrick Mahomes is coming off a monster 43.92-point performance against the Rams a few weeks ago and Stafford should be value on the weekend.
Running Back – Christian McCaffrey (Carolina) LeSean McCoy (Buffalo)
McCaffrey had one of the highest scoring games by a player in 2018 so far last weekend as he racked up 52.7 points against the Seahawks. He had 125 rushing yards on 17 attempts and racked up a further 112 receiving yards, catching all 11 of his targets. He found the end-zone once along the ground and once through the air in the loss and has a great matchup this weekend against Tampa Bay, who allow the 3rd most point per game to running backs.
For the last five games in a row, Buffalo starting RB LeSean McCoy has alternated between a score under 10 followed by a score over 10. He scored just 6.3 points last week against Jacksonville after an impressive 27.8-point performance the week before. Has a great matchup against the Dolphins this weekend, who allow the fourth most fantasy points to running backs in the league. Shady is great value at just $4,900 this weekend.
Wide Reciever – Tyreke Hill (Kansas City) D.J. Moore (Carolina)
Another Chief here as we opt for Tyreke Hill as our number one reciever option this weekend. Hill has scored over 80 comibined points in his last two games, finding the end-zone on four occassions throughout the games. In the Chiefs last matchup against the Rams, Hill racked up 215 receiving yards on 10 catches and has a decent matchup against the Raiders this weekend, who Kansas City should surely score 40+ against.
Carolina Panthers reciever D.J Moore has had great back to back weeks against the Lions and Seahawks over his last two games. In that time, he has combined for 248 catching yards on 15 catches including one touchdown. Teams love to throw the ball against the Buccaneers and this weekend should be no different.
Tight End/Defence - Travis Kelce (Kansas City) Seattle Seahawks
One more Chief to round out this week's picks as we look towards Travis Kelce for the tight end position. Kelce has been arguably the best tight end in the league this season and as we’ve already mentioned, has a great matchup against the Oakland Raiders. Scored 31.7 points as he racked up 127 yards on 10 catches including a touchdown two weeks ago against the Rams.
Seattle scored just 2 points against the Panthers last weekend and have had a tough run of games playing some dynamic offences in the Chargers, Rams, Packers and Panthers over their last four games. It’ll be a big change of pace for them in Week 13 as they face the San Francisco 49ers, who scored just nine points against the Buccaneers last weekend.
