Weather
Sydney
Canberra
Brisbane
There is rain forecast for both Melbourne and Brisbane, the latter posing more of a concern. Canberra and Sydney will be clear, so that may be worth considering in line ups.
Where to Attack?
All teams have played seven matches now, so we have plenty of data to base our strategies on.
West Coast have conceded the most points overall and this is unlikely to change on Saturday. Brisbane stacks will be very popular as a result.
Midfielders playing against Hawthorn and Richmond are also worth attacking, so strongly consider the premium options from Essendon and Collingwood, of which there are plenty.
Forwards generally fare well against West Coast and Gold Coast, and their opponents are heavy favourites in each clash.
Game Script - Brisbane stacks
VALUE PLAYS
Quinton Narkle ($7,010)
Narkle has often been frozen out of the Geelong midfield but today he may get some opportunities with Joel Selwood out of the side. He has a ceiling upwards of 80 so a 10x value game is well within reach.
Max Lynch ($6,490)
Lynch has secured the role of #1 ruckman at Hawthorn for the short term at least and he has gone over 50 twice in his three matches this season. A slight uptick in performance will see him reach value.
MID-PRICED PLAYS
Zac Bailey ($11,410)
Bailey could have a huge game in a demolition of the Eagles, kicking goals and gathering plenty of touches. He has topped 90 three times already and could go 100+ here.
Jake Lloyd ($12,280)
Lloyd has been known as a fantasy pig for years and he gets a very favourable matchup against the Suns at home on Saturday. While he has not hit his ceiling yet this season, a big game can’t be far away.
PREMIUM PLAYS
Lachie Neale ($16,950)
The Brownlow Medallist should thrive in a beat up of the Eagles. With two scores over 140 this season, its foreseeable that Neale could crack 150.
