A full set of 9 games are scheduled for Round 15 of the NRL season, highlighted with the match-up on Thursday night between Wests Tigers and South Sydney Rabbitohs at Bankwest Stadium. After a big win from New South Wales in Origin II most players from that match will return to club competition. A quirk in the fixturing from the NRL means that these two sides actually played in Round 11, which funny enough is the last time the Rabbitohs have won a game.

In team news, Chris Lawerence and Josh Aloiai get the start for the Tigers whilst Adam Reynolds is back after a crook back and Braidon Burns who has been out with a hammy since round 3. Origin stars Damien Cook, Dane Gagai, Cameron Murray are all picked but Sam Burgess is out with injury.

Moses Mbye will play despite nearly dying a week ago.

For the Australian DFS sites, both Moneyball and Draftstars have posted $5,000 GPP contests for a $15 buy-in. Kick off is at 1950pm EST.

The bookies have the Rabbitohs bouncing back after three straight losses with a 6 point line and match total currently at 38 points. The Tigers have also never won at their new “home” ground at Bankwest so it would be interesting if they can get the Rabbitohs who are desperate to get back into the winners circle. Looks like the weather should not be an issue and make sure you check team lists at 1 hour prior to kick off.

Let’s have a look at this week's picks in Champ, Chance, Cheapie and Chump!

Champ - Damian Cook ($16,370 DS / $11,800 MB) Yes this is a lot of salary for one of the best fantasy players in the competition and I have no issues for paying down to Robbie Farah. Farah won’t play the full 80 with Jacob Liddle on the bench, yet Cook is line for 80 minutes with no hooker replacement named. If you can get him in then barring injury he is projected top scorer for the game. If Cook is too expensive then pivoting to Ryan Matterson ($15,490 DS / $8,700 MB) is something to consider.

Chance - Cody Walker ($11,890 DS / $9,500 MB) Probably a bit expensive on MB but on DS this is actually a great price for Walker who probably still have the sting in his nose from his Origin dumping. Bit of a lackluster performance against Penrith in round 14 so I am expecting a bounce back with his partner in crime in Adam Reynolds back from injury.

Cheapie - Ethan Lowe ($9,680 DS 2RF/CTR / $5,000 MB OB) With Lowe now back into his regular position on the edge and his salary falling from his time in the centres, this is a great value play for Lowe. Whilst he is only a back on Moneyball, making use of the flex spot is the play here. Word of warning though, probably won’t play the 80 minutes but bonus if he does!

Chump - Robert Jennings ($7,850 DS / $5,400 MB) Not many in the Chump category this week but with Jennings names at winger for the Tigers, I forecast a low scoring evening for Jennings if the Rabbitohs are up and about. With the Tigers struggling to score points lately it is a stretch for Jennings to produce in this difficult matchup.
