Today’s feature contest is the LOL $200K Golden Chalice ($50,000 to 1st for a $11 entry) on DraftKings and a $25,000 Elder Dragon for $4 entry with $2,500 to 1st place.

 

Today is a 5 game slate that combines the LCK (South Korea League) for 2 games and the LPL (China League) with 3 matches. These matches are the best of 3 games.

Well we have 5 out of 5 matchups with clear favourite and underdog status. 4 of the matches contain strong teams that should “easily” win their matches and Dominus (3-9) are favourites over V5 (0-12) who still haven’t won a match let alone a game since the 18th of March. Going to be a tough day looking for value on the slate.

With thanks to rotogrinders.com here is today’s overall slate breakdown with the teams overall performance for the Spring season. There are a couple of considerations before looking to build teams today. T1 has a great K:D ratio but unfortunately Vegas has the total kill count at 24 for Map 1 and 2. This is much lower than Dominus (32), TES (33) and FPX (33). Even their opponents KT have the line set at a miserable 13 kills for 2 maps! V5 haven’t won a game let alone a match in weeks now so Dominus looks to be a good spot to hit value. FPX will be the chalkest team on the slate and will be great for Double-Up and H2H builds. However I will look to jump off the high ownership in GPPs.

Featured Team - Dominus Esports

 

Any team up against the worst team in the league is certainly going to be targeted and DMO are the lucky team today. The prices on DraftKings make DMO accessible in core stacks with ADC Gala getting a price boost on this matchup. He could be a low-owned player if you consider his low KPAR and KDA figures for the season. If the price scares you off then MID Xiaowei JNG Xiaopeng and the TEAM in a mini stack is a good way to go.

 

Featured Team - TOP Esports

 

I wrote a couple of days ago that we need to keep on ‘JackyLove’ being inserted into this lineup. While this did not occur in the last match against Team WE, the softer matchup against Bilibili could see a swap with ADC Photic. However, TOP prices on DK have them as the number 1 team to target today with MID Knight, JNG Karsa and SUP QiuQiu all looking strong here.
