NBA Game Break Down - Pace

Just the single game slate, however Toronto are in the pace up matchup and as a result have an implied total closer to their average. This may give the Raptors the slightest of edge when it comes to rostering but overall it really is even and considering rotations and matchups will be a better strategy.

Injury/Lineup News

At this stage there is no lineup or injury news to consider for this slate.

VALUE

George Hill (DS $8,020, DK $8,100, MB $5,500) has remembered how to play basketball in this years playoffs. Playing a shade under 30 minutes per game through 3 games in this series he has averaged 27.25 fantasy points and his scores have grown with each game. He has become more trustworthy than Eric Bledsoe, stealing his playing time down the stretch. This makes Hill a safe value play on this single game slate.

Malcolm Brogdon (DS $7,950, DK $11,700, MB $6,500) is also seeing steady minutes despite coming off the bench since returning from injury. Playing 28.5 minutes per game through three games he has averaged a steady 28.5 fantasy points (1 fantasy point per minute). He also looks to be the most self assured player for the Bucks not named Giannis. This is a lock and load play for me on this slate.

PREMIUM

Kawhi Leonard (DS $14,590, DK $16,800, MB $11,500) is far too cheap, especially on Draftstars. Realistically both Leonard and Giannis are essentially locks on this slate. If choosing just one, however, I lean slightly towards Leonard who will get the greater workload. Also in Leonard’s favor is the fact that they moved Leonard onto Giannis in game 3 and he had a significant impact, holding Giannis to just 12 real points on 5/16 shooting.
